False IRCC Claims

Good evening everybody.Can anybody please advise me with this problem.I got my study permit and supposed to go in December,but recently find out that for a while some person is sending nasty emails to IRCC and canadian border protect service,like I just using study permit to get in CANADA BUT MY GOAL IS MARRIAGE WITH CANADIAN PASSPORT HOLDER?Can this false claim jepardise my arrival in Canada?

Send a web form and disclaim these emails. Make sure to change the password of your email address if you think you've been hacked.

I don't think this will matter much. IRCC won't care if you did not send these emails with your personal email address.

Who is that person and how (s)he came to know your study permit / IRCC and stuff? And how do you came to know about those emails being sent? If you know the person then repot it to local authorities or at least threat him/her that you will approach authorities. As for the matter, IRCC is not going to do anything unless the other person produce a credible evidence against you. Again, it depends who is approaching IRCC in this regard.

How did you get to know that someone else is emailing IRCC and badmouthing about you anyways? Do you have an email address? If yes, you would wanna report it to local CyberCell unit.

I think you know who did it and someone in your family or close to you is trying to jeopardize your Canadian entry.
