Fall Course Start

Is it possible to enter Canada on a valid TRV and start the fall course even if the student permit is not approved by September 1st? Then when the student permit does get approved, we do a flagpoling at the border and get back. Has anyone done this?

u cannot start classes as ur college / university will need a copy of ur study permit.....if u enter canada on TRV they will most probably issue u a visitors permit and ask u for reason to entry country.....
