If I apply for PGWP, what should I say in my letter of explanation?
Current Situation:
Currently, I am studying Business Management. It is a 3 year program which started on Jan 2021. In Spring 2021, I failed 3 course and was discontinued. Those 3 courses are only taught in Winter/Spring semester and must be passed to continue the study of the program. So, I have to wait 4 more months to retake those failed course. Since, I am in Canada to study, I decided to study part-time in Fall 2021, as I could study some of the future course which was didn't require those failed course. If I hadn't studied part time in that time frame, I would not be part of college and any course (this violates my study permit), which I didn't do. In Winter 2022, I retook those 3 subjects and passed only two of them. I can retake that 1 course again in Spring semester. But, the problem starts from there.
Problem:
Now, if I retake that 1 course again, I can complete it with no problem. And can continue my program. But the problem lies here. My transcript will show that I have failed 3 course in Spring 21, retook those in Winter 22, passed 2 of them and failed one again so I took 1 course thrice and will also show my discontinue too. On top of that. I was studying part-time for two semester.
Solution:
I am planning to add one letter from my college about part-time status. I can ask college to include stuff like: Course was only available in Winter/Spring. so he can't take it in Fall semester, but he took some of the future course to reduce study load in future and retook those failed courses as soon as it was available. Will there be chance of PGWP approval with this? OR
Another Solution:
If I change my program to something else and start from scratch, I wont have any stuff of part-time, failed course or discontinue in my new transcript. But, I have to extend my study permit. Hopefully, I try my best to complete the changed course with good grades. When I apply for PGWP, I will include my new transcript which will have good grades. Will there be chance of PGWP approval with this solution? Or should I stick with the previous solution.
