You will need to look at the IRCC website to see if you qualify for immigration.

If we are not living in the country of our nationality, we have to provide copies of visas that show that we can legally live and work in the country. You need to provide PCC of all the countries you have been living in for 6 months or more since the age of 18. ACRO wont give you a UK PCC since you are not a legal residence. I had to upload address proof, passport and UK to get PCC. These details are on my PCC.

If you are applying as federal skilled worker, it would be easier to apply from your home country.

If you are genuinely seeking asylum then might as well apply for asylum to Canada rather than trying another route.

I've been in here more than 6 years. I can't go back. you can't apply for asylum from outside of Canada . even I'm happy with investment program or anything can keep me safe. For ACRO I have proof address and also ID from Home Office .

If you have all your documents, you can apply from the UK as long as your stay in the UK is valid and you have all the work letters, bank letters and other documents for application. Express entry will take at least 6 months. If you are going to stay in the UK until you get approval from Canada it is fine else you would have to send a CSE when you move to another country in case UK sends you back.

If you are removed from the UK back to: Colombia - Sierra Leone - DR Congo - Sudan - El Salvador - Guatemala, you may be able to apply to enter Canada direct as a refugee.

If you are removed from the UK back to any other countries if you can find a sponsor/s in Canada, you may be able to migrate to Canada, as a sponsored refugee/economic migrant.

Whether the investment program is feasible depends largely on how much money to have to invest and your personal assets. In most cases you need several hundred thousand dollars if not more than a million.

Apart from hiring an immigration lawyer to assist you, there's really no short cut to research. You'll need to spend time looking into Canada's immigration programs to see what it takes to qualify. Detailed information is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp I would start by taking the language test asap since you generally can't even start the application process without that. Also get your education officially assessed. You'll need to have a valid passport for yourself (and your family) since these will be required to start the process (copies of your passports) and also the actual passports for visa stamping. As explained above, you'll also need police certificates from all of the places you've lived for at least six months. I would also start collecting experience letters from all of your previous employers - you'll need those if you're going to apply as a skilled worker.

You will need a valid passport for IELTS.

Yep - good point. You can't write IELTS without a passport.

The OP probably has a valid passport but an expired visa.

Depends. Sometimes the government will seize the passport during the asylum process and not return it until the application process is either successful or the applicant is refused (in which case it's typically returned as the applicant is leaving the country).

Unfortunately you do need valid passports. It's a non-starter without valid passports.

I can't get a passport from back country because I escaped from there

Unfortunately you need a valid travel document to apply. IDs aren't enough.
