If I fail a course that won't make me eligible for a mandatory CO-OP work term, will my PGWP be refused?

However, during the semester I failed the course in, I was full-time. And in the winter semester, I will remain a full-time student; however, in the summer work term, I won't be eligible for a work term because of a failed course. Will that be a problem for PGWP? Please help.

So you wont do anything when you were supposed to be doing coop? That will likely affect your pgwp chances, talk to international immigration advisor at your school.

It matters what you do during the term you were supposed to do coop, it might be considered unofficial break.

How is it an unofficial break? The college itself won't make me participate in the co-op because of a failed course, so I think it is an official break, right?

An official break is when all or the majority students also have a break like summer semester in many universities.
