I would like to know what are all the factors that would affect work permit approval?
My spouse has a very good job here in India(US biggy) and Canadian employer is also looking for exact skill.
Bank statements are very clear (around Rs4.5lac balance). Clear Tax returns.
She has parents and also brother living in india.
My case is also some what same except job offer from Canadian employer. I have good job, handsome pay, around 2lac of bank balance(home loan emi shown in statement), parents living here in India.
Apart from this, employer has stated CIC, the efforts made in Canada to fill the position.
We are asked not to submit any property documents or liquid cash proofs or mutual funds proofs by attorney.
I know we should clear the medical test.
What else might affect the work permit?
