Facing problem to create profile ONIP efiling for NOI received yesterday

i received NOI from Ontario.
Created One key login, trying to submit profile on efiling portal but cant move ahead of Captcha.
what to do?
Kindly suggest step by step procedure.
Also What documents i need to upload once i get through submitting my EE profile details on efiling Portal
