Facing problem in refund from centennial college

I applied for jan intake 2015 but was refused.
Applied for fee refund on 12th Jan, but still waiting for my refund from centennial.
I want to apply for may intake 2015 i got offer letters from various colleges,and my caips notes also.
Deadline for fee is 10th March.
no response from centennial. What to do? seniors please guide.
Any student from centennial , any help, contact number of respresentative.?
