Facing problem in filling IMM008-Schedule 3

Hi guys. I am Showrov from Bangladesh. I am going to apply in fswp 2014. I am facing some problems in filling IMM 008-Schedule 3. I need immediate help from the experts. Here are my problems.
1) In section 12-a, what should I write in Occupation. Is it my job title or NOC title?
2) In section 12-b, there is not enough space to write my job title and main duties. What should I do now?
3) Is hand writing is acceptable in some case?

Please guys.....help me as soon as you can.

1. Select the occupation from the list matching with your present job.
2 Type in short. Use additional papers to describe elaborately as per the columns shown. You can use paper in "landscape" format to feed every thing in detail. Mark Section 12.b on top of that sheet.

Thanks a lot @wilson for your quick reply. My job responsibilities match with Database Analyst and Administrator (NOC 2172). But my job title is "Assistant Secretary (Management Information System)" which is not included in the occupation list of NOC 2172.
a) Will that be a problem?
b) What should I exactly write in 12.a?
