Facing a trouble to apply for student visa while immigration is under process

My sister is a Canadian resident and she applied for my and parents immigration about one and half year ago. It would take about 2 years more according to her lawyer for the process to be completed. Can i apply for student visa in Canada and what are chances of getting the visa. i have just passed 10+2.

Dear rana_chirag,

My daughter received her visa for 4 year degree program, while my PR application is under process from India. You will need admission letter from a college/university. Then sufficient proof of funds is needed. You also need to show ties to your country, for which there is sufficient discussion on this forum, which you can go through.

Hi,

For study purpose, there are so many consultants whose ads appear in daily newspapers. They will happily consider your case. Canam is one of those, though I have not tried them. But someone known to me is going through them in Sheridan college, Brampton. Actually, they are professionals and you do not have to pay any fees to them for this job.
