F-1 holder Deported from US in March 2015, will be done graduation from South Korea by 2020. And want apply for Masters to Canadian University around 2020-2021. US deportation could make effect to get Canadian student visa? even after 5 years?

Should I mention my US deportation history in Canadian embassy application form?

Yes, the deportation can affect your app. Why were you deported?

Of course you have to mention it. Failure to do so is misrepresentation and will result in a refusal and 5 year ban.

Why would you not mention it? It is your immigration history with a country that Canada shares information with, just for these reasons. Individuals not abiding by the rules set on the visa issued to them.
As mentioned, even if you do not mention it, it is called misrepresentation, and will result in a five year ban
Canada will know, as will many others countries that share data
