Eye test - Please advise!

I suspect that my vision is not 100%. Do I need to have it checked before I go for my medical’s examination and how will it affect my medicals? What would be advisable?

Thanks, I'm almost sure that the test result will not be 100% - so that's why I was thinking to get eye glasses before the fact to avoid any possible delays.

There won't be any delays. If you do get glasses, I think you have to bring them to your medical, though.

my vision is not 100 either and I did not have any glasses (never wore them) and my medical was just fine without any problems at all.

The DMP asked me to read the snellen chart with my glasses on There would probably be few people with 20/20 vision nowadays, what with the computer and cellphones.

Eye sight is not is not a requirement of the physical. My guy wears extremely dark glasses for medical reasons and the doctor didn't ask (I was able to be present for the 'physical' part of the physical; yes really).
