Now he returned as I need the amount

Source: My sister in United States owed the amount to me.
Now she returned as I need the amount
Documents of amount transfer from United States to my account attached.

5. That if any difference will be found later on in my bank statement in respect of the above mentioned
details then I shall be fully responsible for the same.

6. That the information provided and the supporting documents attached are for the PR application

Verified that the contents of my above declaration are true and correct to best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed therein.

Just 1 problem.

If you claim that they're returning funds which were previously borrowed from you, you'll have a provide conclusive evidence that these monies were indeed borrowed at some point of time in the past. Conclusive proof of such borrowing would require bank statements showing funds transfer. If that isn't possible, recommend that you showcase these as 'gifts' instead of 'repaid loans'. To prove that these are gifts, get a signed self-declaration on plain paper from the donor explicitly stating that this transaction (include all banking details of transaction) is a gift not a loan hence need not be returned to them at any point in time. Support this declaration with credit/debit side statements of actual funds transfer.

Thanks for your prompt advise.

I really gave both of them the amount. Now that I required the amount they promptly transferred and I have the transfer receipts.

As I understand now both of them should declare on plain paper that they borrowed the money and now they transferred.

I believe my car amount is straight forward, I have ownership paper and the sale papers.

No. If they give you declarations that they borrowed money and are returning it, that will only cause CIC to question you further about evidences of initial transfer. If you can prove this, go ahead. Else take the gift route instead of repayment route.

Courier is fine if you have the time. Else they can scan and send the letter for you to upload along with other POF documents.
