I was just curious to know whether a person gets extra points for a two years program at a university or college on top of having a bachelor's degree.
After finishing 10th grade in Mumbai, India, I completed a three-year diploma degree from a polytechnic and then completed a three-year engineering degree. It is equivalent to 16 years of education in the USA. So although my bachelors would be equivalent to a bachelors in Canada, my three-year diploma degree is probably as good as two years program at a university, if not bachelors in Canada
