I have just done with my studies(PGD) in December 2022 and applied for work permit(PGWP) on 26 January( I have study permit till 31-04-2023).My wife has SOWP till 31-04-2023 and son has vistor visa till same.(he is dependent only 3 and half years old). I am in Saskatchewan and when I got work permit after one month I will apply for SINP from my company.
My questions are
Can I apply for extention SOWP for my wife? and what can I do with my son's visa?
my agent advice me to apply vistor visa because I don't have status in Canada so,I can't apply for extention of SWOP and if he applied My wife's visa will be rejected.(is it true)
I am confused what can I do please advice me.
