Hi
I payed for (100$) and sent in an application to extend my visitors record/visa in November, but cancelled it a few weeks later as as I had to leave the country before I got a reply. It said that they would refund you if you cancelled it. I am yet to have received a refund or any proper reply about this, so I was wondering if anyone have done this before and knows how long it usually takes for the refund or if they contact you about it at all?

Thanks

If the cancellation was applied BEFORE the process started you will receive a refund.

You will receive an email confirming the status of the application (cancelled or processed) and wether a refund will be issued. This can take anywhere between 2 to 10 weeks after the cancellation was sent.

Im yet to get a refund from this still, and my cancellation was definitely before the process started (sent it in by snail post and cancelled about a week or two later). Does anyone know an easy way to contact the right person to talk to about this? Either phone or email.
Thanks
