Extension on PCC

I have probably asked this last time but didn't get any reply;

I have a question on getting a extension on the deadline to get the PCC from another country - CIC have requested PCC for the spouse, I am not able to get this in time and may be about 30 days or so late, they gave me 90 days for that and now I am sure I can't get it in 90 days.

My question is do they extend their deadline if reasonable excuse is given? OR They won't consider it and reject the application. We have submitted our Medicals, this is the last thing between us and PPR (Hopefully). They requested two PCC from her country of residence, I have only one and don't have the Federal one.

If anyone have had any experience, or know someone did it please shed some light.

Is it for the Mexican PCC from la PGR?......do you have to go to Mexico city? or how will you get it?...because I have heard that the PGR report only takes 2 weeks...

Yes, but I have some issues with the spelling mistake of the last name they did, I need to correct that first and that only cost me 45 days - and then 20 days more for PCC and then the swine flu alert - I have only 30 days - you do the math. To round this up, I have 30 days and I need 30 more days.
