I have my visa expiring in Sept 2010 ...n Hv applied for PR

If i get a medicall call before that - can i apply for extension on the basis that i might receive my PR

No, you still need a new LMO to apply for an extension.

No, it doesn't work like that. You need an LMO for any job.
