Extension of validity of Medical Test

I am an Indian Passport holder. I have a valid Canadian Student visa (validity period from 17th March 2016 to 30th March 2018).

The necessary medical test for the issuance of the aforementioned student visa was done on 18th January 2016. Due to a personal problem I was not able to travel to Canada after my visa was issued last year and I am planning to move to Canada this year as a student for my higher studies.

My query is whether and how I can extend the validity of the medical test, given I join the designated Canadian University in May 2017. Please help me.

For Indian CHC, medical test results are valid for one year. No extension.
