Hi Forum,

I had applied for a student VISA last year, but unfortunately I had to undergo extended Medical Tests. Eventually I got my student VISA for 2 and half years but I could not join the college because I crossed the college deadline. So I deferred my admission to 2012

Now I have a student VISA that would be valid for 1 and a half years starting this September. Along with my student VISA I also received a Medical Surveillance handout that states that I have inactive TB and Medical pre screened stamp on the second page of VISA that expires in April.

My question to the forum is

1. What is the significance of the Medically Pre-screened stamp behind the VISA?

2. What is more logical to extend the VISA from India or from Canada?

3. What is the impact of Medical Surveillance handout and how will it affect my stay in Canada?

Waiting for some valuable responses.

//Regards
