Extension of Open Work Permit

Hi everyone, hope you guys are doing ok and staying safe at this time. I currently have an open wp valid until july this year and trying to apply online to extend it thru my GC account but it doesn’t show me any option for renewal. There is the option to click the “problem with the online app” then guiding me to apply on paper instead. So i guess my question is, Is the on-paper application the only way now on how to renew temp or open wp for refugee claimants?

What are your grounds for renewal? What kind of OWP do you have? Is it through a partner?
