Hello,

So my situation is that I graduated a Canadian university and then I got my work permit. However, because of my health issues, I decided to return to my home country for recovery. I planned to come back to Canada to work after I successfully recover, but now it has only 9 months till the expiration of my work permit. I'm still on the process to cure myself, so I need to extend the work permit.

The problems are:

- Is it still possible to extend my work permit without any work experience in Canada?
- I planned to work in Quebec when I return to Canada. Do I need any separate visa to work in Quebec?

Thanks for your regard!

You need a job offer and approved LMIA from an employer in Canada to extend your work permit and continue working. Have you secured a job offer and approved LMIA? If not, you need to focus on that first.
