Extension letter

Hi guys ,
I really need help right now am facing a big problem , due to my irresponsibility i didn't applied for my passport renewal & right now i have applied & it takes 1 month for that but the problem is that my student permit is going to expire at the end of next month & for their extension it takes 33 days , i need information that can i apply for study permit extension without my passport bcz i have pics of my old passport as well as the required documents that prove that my passport is und

Study permit can only be as long as passport expiry date so no use applying with expiring passport.
See if your embassy offers express processing. You just need to apply with new passport processing time is not an issue because as soon as you apply you are on implied status and can do every as a student. If you dont manage to apply before it expires you will be forced to do restoration and during restoration you cant study or work.
