Extending work permit...

Hi Guys!
I am an Aussie girl currently working in Canada on the CIC which i applied for just before i turned 31.
I am wondering what my options & requirements are to stay & work here in Canada after it expires on Jan 31 2014 as i understand the CIC can not be extended or reapplied for now i am too old at 32!

I assume you're here on a working holiday visa or IEC (not CIC)?

Yes, sorry! Here on the IEC!...

You'll need to get a closed work permit if you want to stay and continue working. To get an approved closed work permit, you'll need a job offer from an employer and that employer will also have to obtain an approved LMO. Information about LMOs can be found in the link below. This will likely be the hard part.
