Hi - hoping to get some advice from this wealth of knowledge!
I am a visitor from the UK with a UK Passport. I was given the 6 month allowance to enter Canada as I was here to do a Pilates Instructor Training Course.
I want to extend by another month purely so I can make sure I have time to do my exam as there are limited availability slots for this and i may not be able to do it by November 17th. However researching how to do this is a bit of a minefield. I have to go get biometrics done - whats the best process from those in the know?
1) Should I do it through VFS
2) Should I say I am extending to do the exam (study related) or say because I want to travel around canada more?
3) What information do i need to provide in relation to this?
I can't seem to book an appointment at VFS but will go to the one in Toronto next week was hoping to get some advice from this wealth of knowledge first!
