Extending the PGWP, as passport expires

Hi there,

I obtained my Post Graduate Work Permit valid for 2 years (it's usually issued for 3 years), due to my passport expiration date.

On the permit, it states "Post Graduate Work Program. Document Issued to Passport Expiry Date; Must Be Renewed For Further Extensions"

I recently renewed my Passport, so I know that I'm eligible to extend the permit.

However I'm not sure how and where to renew it (PGWP).

I couldn't find any information regarding this on CIC website, so if anyone can offer me some information - that'd be so awesome !
