Extending the PGWP after applying for PR under CEC

Hey guys,

So I recently read on CiC that they have passed a rule where if we are awaiting a decision for permanent residency under CEC and other classes as well. We can extend our work permit under the bridging work permit law.

So my work permit is expiring in sept .... Should I apply the extension when I receive my AOR or whe. I actually receive a decision from CIC


Need some help guys.

Basically -
You cannot apply before you receive the AOR.
You cannot apply until you are within 4 months of the expiration of your current work permit.
