Extending supervisa stay for one more month. Do I need to apply for extension?

Hello, My parents are in Canada through Supervisa. Their current 2 year stay (stamped in passport) is expiring on end of March 2021. Initially they were planning to return on March 5th but now they have decided to stay till end of April.

Based on above IRCC update, do I need to apply for extension? If yes, can someone guide me through process and timeline?

You must apply extension else their status will be illegal in Canada after completing 2 years.
