Extending my stay again

I'm trying to re extend my stay here in Canada, and I'm not quite sure what to answer for this question:

"Have you lived in a designated country or territory for more than six months in the last year?"

I came to Canada in May and extended my stay in October. My extension expires in March.

Maybe you are confused about "designated country". Why don't you google it?

Well the thing is I've been visiting here on a visitor status for more than six months, So i don't know if that qualifies as living here?
