Extend visitor visa

Hi all,

I am holding a valid visitor visa for Canada, and now I want to apply for extending the same. I have filled the respective forms (imm 5708). When I go to GC key sign in option, it does not direct me to my account, rather the following message shows up-

You last signed in with your GCKey on ..day, August .., 2019 at .. ET.

From this page you can Change Your Password, Change Your Recovery Questions or Revoke Your GCKey.

What should I do?

Click continue you will be redirected to the cic webpage here you will have to answer your previously selected security question and on successfully answering the question you will be able to see your account info.
