extend the visa due

Hello,

I have sponsored my wife and she got an immigrant visa, she should landed in Canada before this October. is there any possibility to extend the visa due as we might not able to go to Canada in October. if yes, what are the procedures we should follow?

No - you can't extend the visa. Your wife needs to land before the expiry date on the visa. Keep in mind that she doesn't have to stay in Canada after she lands (i.e. she can land and then leave). However she MUST land before the expiry date (use it or lose it) - otherwise you'll need to apply again from scratch.
