Extend my stay as visitor

Hi,
I'm a visitor who applied for out side canada family class in June. Since I came to Canada without visa in May and still waiting for my pr, I'll have to apply for new visitor visa soon.

My question is,
in IMM1249 C-coming into canada #9 My original reason for coming to canada:
Do I need to write down every reasons of my coming to Canada? or just the first time and most recent? Since I have been to canada more than 5 times, I wonder that I still need to write down the details for each visiting.

I always figured it meant your first entry visit but could be mistaken.
If you are unsure you could just say your original reason when you very first visited and also your original reason this time.

In that question they mean the latest time you crossed the border.
