Dear All,

I am planning to migrate to Canada through Express Entry with my family. But I don't have a Birth Certificate. Can anyone advise me about the alternative option for birth certificate accepted for migration to Canada?

Also, be noted that I am 42 years old and I am the primary applicant. I would like to know if age really matters.

Anticipating a prompt advice,

Raj.

Yes age matters. Are you eligible for express entry due to age (need at least 67 points)? What is your WES report and IELTS scores?

I mentioned I am planning to migrate. I just started WES last week and waiting, also will appear for IELTS early next month. Just want to know whether to move on or not. I can score well in IELTS I guess. Also lacking BC, need to find alternate option.

This is the score system to be eligible to submit a profile. As you will read, you lose many points after age 30. If you have a masters, perfect IELTS scores, family in Canada you may have enough points. Then you calculate CRS score.

Here are the mandatory documents after ITA. No mention that BC is mandatory.

Thanks.
I have Masters (MBA), 19+ years of experience in the same field.

If you get perfect IELTS scores you will have 67. Once you turn 43, you are no longer eligible with 66 points unless you have family in Canada.

Noted and thank you. I will turn 43 on March 2023.

What is the best migration program for me if not EE, like AIP or YNP? Please advice.

The programs you mention require a job offer. You need to research PNP programs to find out which programs are eligible for.
