i mistakenly submitted notarized PCC.
I updated the original one through Web form, but neither i get any message for that nor any update in my profile. I am so much nervous.

You shouldn’t worry as you have proactively submitted the scanned PCC copy via CSE and your BG status shows IP2 so pray to almighty and sit back... PPR is the next step.
