Express entry

Hello
I have question regarding express entry.I have done bachelor of physiotherapy in India and I have done 2 year diploma in fitness and health promotion in Canada than I have cleared licence physiotherapy exam in Canada.So now what should I consider as my highest level of education in express entry?
Two or more certificate, diplomas or degrees or professional degree needed to practice in licencoprofession?
