Express entry update

Hello everyone. Please saw a message that says the cut off mark for express entry this year is 75. Please how true is this and what does it mean because I do not have upto 1year Canadian work experience as I reside and studied in Canada. According to the comprehensive ranking tool, I’m around 359 score. Please I need help

The draw is real.

You can't qualify under CEC until you have a full year of work experience in Canada. So at this time you do not qualify.

This was most likely a one time event and it's probably unlikely that something like this will happen again where the score is so low and so many people are accepted.

Once you have a full year of work experience in Canada, you will qualify for selection under CEC provided you have enough points for the draws that are taking place at that time.

Thanks for you response @scylla . I put it in the CRS as having less than one year work experience and I scored above 350. After seeing the 75 cut off, I thought I could apply

For CEC it's mandatory that you have at least one year of full time work experience in Canada. Otherwise you don't qualify to apply under this program.

You apply for CEC through Express Entry.
