express entry under CEC STREAM,when received AOR?

I got my ITA on Wednesday,
will submitt my e-APR next week.
Anyone know how long will received the AOR? OR File number? (not sure what its call)
Why people received their AOR on the same day? Confused.
Anyone know?
After receiving AOR, can i say that i already have the PR states Comfirmed?

After you submit a complete application package you will receive a message saying that your application for permanent residence in Canada was received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). This message is called as Acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) and most likely you will receive this message on the same day.

After receiving AOR, can i say that i already have the PR states Comfirmed? NO
After AOR CIC will review your medical results, all documents and so on. Most of the PR applications is processed in six months, however, some applications are processed considerably faster.
