I have two years of experience in NOC A. I studied in Toronto and currently got an offer in PEI as customer service representative. Can I get PNP nomination and apply PR through express entry ? I heard from people that I can apply through federal Skilled program. But at the same time I heard that the job offer which I got in PEI should be atleast 0,A,B. Need some guidance regarding this.
