Hello friends,

I just have 1 month left in Canada. Don't know what to do? I need your wisdom

I got a OINP invitation on Dec 17,2015 and sent my documents on Jan 26,2016, but didn't recieve any indication of my letter,status etc means OINP is like black box for me.

I have 435 score on my express entry profile.

My company is trying to apply for my LMIA but don't know the outcome. It will take them again a month.

I will really appreciate if someone help me out

Are you married? If yes, ask your spouse to enroll in a course and apply for open work permit along with wife's study permit.

Firstly, make sure you don't become overstayer while you wait for OINP/LIMA. You are advised to approach a legal adviser who can explain grounds you can stay legally waiting for your OINP/LIMA, if any. Secondly, you can apply as an Outland applicant.
