Express Entry Status not updating

I created express entry profile and getting this status :

Application/profile status Pending Additional Criteria
Province/Territory Nomination No nomination at this time
Job Bank Registration Not applicable
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria In Progress
ITA Status Not Applicable

Why is "Review of Minimum Entry Criteria" in progress. Because when I first created EE profile, I got email instantly then I withdrew that profile and created new one.
Please any one here can help me? Do I need to call CIC and check with or should I wait for sometime?

Create the Job Bank profile to complete MEC (Minimum Entry Criteria) and your EE profile will be activated.

Note: due to your prior profile being linked with your email address used to open your account, you might have challenges with your email address on job bank which is where the problem lies.

so you have to login to jobbank again and change the email address (tried this before) or deactivate the prior jobbank profile (not tried this before) so you can reuse that email address linked to your profile again.

for example if you had used aa@aa.com for your mycic account and also for the former profile you withdrrew, then you have to go into jobbank and chage email to bb@bb.com then you will be allowed to register aa@aa.com with jobbank again with new EE profile.

Just an info so you dont start wondering whats wrong.

For the first time, review of minimum criteria changed to "met" quickly and I did not create jobbank profile that time. So for second profile I should create one?

I didnt get any email from cic, that's the problem,
