Express entry start up process

Hi every one
I am a beginner for immigration and I have started my express entry process by sending my documents to WES for evaluation.
What is the next step
If any body can guide me in details from start by sharing information to my email .
I am a Pakistani working in Dubai since 2007 in the field of landscaping and irrigation with Master degree.

Write IELTS. Once you have ECA and IELTS you can set up a profile. How old are you? If you are over 30, you lose points every year. You want an eligibility score of 67+ and CRS score of 468+.

Check to see if you are eligible as you lose 5 points every year after you turn 30.
