Express entry skilled worker - work experience to include

Hi there,

Really hoping someone might be able to help!

I am applying for an Express entry skilled worker. I have 8+ years of work experience but only 3.5years with my most recent company. I understand that you need supporting evidence from all included employers and this might be hard for some of my old roles.

What are the pros and cons of only including my most recent 3.5ys experience in the pool entry please?

Which program you are trying to apply?
If it is Federal Skilled Workers category then the maximum score anyone can claim is for the three years of work experience. Whereas for PNP stream there is more score for more work experience.

It is the federal skilled worker category yes. So i won't be penalized for just adding my most recent role?

Great to know. On the info i have you get 13 points for 4-5years and 15 points for 6+ years for type 0 - is that not the case?
