If your work experience is Canadian, then your 1-year of full-time continuous Canadian work experience doesn't need to be under one NOC Code, although both of your NOC Codes as a retail sales person and then as a supervisor would need to fall under Skill Type/Level 0, A, or B. On quick review, NOC Code 6421 is Skill Type C, so it wouldn't qualify under Express Entry...

If you have additional foreign (i.e. not Canadian) work experience, and it's at least 1 year of full-time continuous work experience under one Skill Type/Level 0, A or B NOC Code, within the last 10 years, you have the option of using that....

But, there are other eligibility requirements, outside of work experience, that also need to be met.
If you're eligible, you need to calculate your projected Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score. The CRS Score is what IRCC uses to determine which applicants will get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency. The general consensus is that, at least right now, you need a CRS score of at least 435 to have a chance at getting an ITA; but please note that this could change in the future as the 'cut-off' CRS Score in Draws fluctuates.

Hi lisa_Brea,
The sales person role is an NOC Skill Type/Level C, so time in this role can't be used toward Express Entry. Unless you have some prior foreign work experience that you could use to be eligible under the Federal Skilled Workers Programme (FSW), you therefore wouldn't be eligible for Express Entry yet from a work experience perspective. Try again in another 6 months when you've completed a full year as a supervisor. But please look at the links I sent you as there are other eligibility requirements to be met, outside of work experience.
