Hello everyone,
I have a question, my express entry was rejected for WES not correct. When I reviewed my WES report I found that the WES verified my graduate program length as 1 year, in fact it should be 2 year. I guess the IRCC find discranpacy between the WES and my transcript(which have 2 years record), can anyone suggest what should I do next?

You can only claim points for the program length your ECA report suggests. If WES says you only have a 1 year qualification a 1 year is all you can claim, even if it is a different length in your home country.
WES often assesses foreign qualifications as less than you would expect. The only way around it is to apply for an ECA from another agency, but this is time consuming, costly and there is no guarantee of a different result. :(

What was the actual reason the CIC provided? I think they automatically re-calculate your score if there are discrepancies - in this case, 1 or 2 years would not really matter.
