Express entry re-medical even after having medical exemption(till Oct 2024)

I applied for express entry and currently living in canada. I'm eligilbe for medical exemption under temporary public policy till Oct 2024. However, I have received a medical request. In the application tracker, my medical is complete.
Did this happened to anyone. Is it a positive sign?
Do I need to submit a webform ?

Did you receive Medical Request in GCKEY as well?
