Express entry - Question about documents to justify the experience

Hello community ,
I would like to apply to the express entry program , and I have an experience of 1 year as a Quality Engineer .
what are the documents needed to justify my experience ?
For now , I only have a work certificate and pay statements of some months (not all months).

Mandatory is a letter on company letterhead outlining your duties to to match the NOC, salary, hours and time worked for the company.
