Express Entry Proof of funds doubt...

I have already received an invitation for permanent residency under Canadian Experience Class but is it mandatory for me to provide proof of funds?.... i have been and still working with the same employer from last two years... CIC website says you don't have to show this POF if you are currently working... is this correct?... will my monthly paystub suffice??

No proof required for CEC.

"Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer."
