Express Entry Profile

Hello Everyone,

I am Canadian Permanent Resident and live in Canada. My wife live in India. I was trying to figure out different options for her to come to Canada.
Express Entry
Spouse Dependent Visa from Outside Canada
Spouse Dependent Visa from Inside Canada

1) I checked the Dependent visa processing times on CIC website. It is almost 18 months. I am keen to bring her in Canada quickly as her express entry score is around 441 but I am not sure that Is she allowed to create express entry profile under federal skilled worker category as her spouse is Permanent Resident of Canada

Please suggest me which way should I process her application so she can come to Canada quickly.

Yes, she can create EE profile and enter Canada via that route. I can't comment as to the other options because I am not qualified to do so. Best wishes to you.

One express entry profile and one spouse dependent PR visa application?
