Express Entry profile - Work Experience Query?

Hi ,

I have total 5 years of experience with 3.5 yrs under one NOC and rest under another. I have the reference letters for the first company. I am finding it hard to get the NOC code for the second company.

1) As i will get the max points from the first company itself. Do i need to mention the second company's experience in the EE profile (Pre ITA).
2) What will happen post ITA - will i need to mention the 2nd company's work exp

1. No, you don't.

2. You do, but not in your Work Experience. Mention it in Personal History, and then you won't have to provide any documentation since you aren't getting points for it. This is very common and not at all an issue.
