Express entry profile withdrawal and creation of new profile

Hi,

On my old express entry profile I received the ITA,however I had to decline that because of my incorrect ECA information.

I have created new profile ,under personal details > Immigration history and citizenships >
Below questions are asked : what should be the answer from my end:

Has GAURAV RAI applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

YES/NO

Has GAURAV RAI applied for Express Entry before?

YES/NO

Please provide the Express Entry file number

Also If I answered yes, I have only Express Entry profile number and not Express Entry file number.

Kindly help me out.

What do you mean by incorrect ECA information? I also created a new profile because of wrong NOC on the old one and answered Yes on those questions and entered the old profile number.
